Hey all,

I was wondering if anybody could reccomend any good new ps3 games? It seems like lately all the newer games are sports or movie games, and neither of those options is very appealing to me.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Assuming you count motorstorm as a "sport" so not going to include that but...

Oblivian, Armored Core 4, Godfather, VF4, Resistance are the top 5.

Enchanted Arms is good too I think when you get into it.

Rainbow 6 and Darkness coming out end of the month, Ninja Gaiden Sigma coming July 3.

Gripshift and Calling all Cars are good $10 PSN titles.

Some of the sports games are excellent if you give them a chance- MLB: The Show 07 is really really fun.

If none of that appeals to you, you can get into Warhawk beta, check QJ.net forums for info how.

Enchanted Arms is getting better every time I play it. Not sure what your schedule is like, but the ability to save at any time and not hunt for another hour for a savepoint is a godsend.

NBA Street Homecourt has a sportstheme, but its so unrealistic that I would recommend it to sports and non-sports fans...plus my character got nicknamed "Sticky-fingers" XD

That sounds awesome. I don't know how many hours of sleep I've lost because of "I'll go to the next save point, but that's it."

Oblivion is so much fun ~_~ I can't stop playing it :P it's just.. great. And Darkness is a FPS game where you also get some crazy powers. It's based on the comic book. It looks AWESOME. Check out GameTrailers.com for info.

If you don't mind Japanese texts, go ahead and grab yourself Gundam Musuo. Sure, it's like any other Dynasty Warriors, but hell, this one is so much fun I can't seem to stop pounding the crap out of other robots.

well you can wait for Dynamis Warriors: Gundam with shitty voice actors if you don't want to play Gundam Musou :p
Gundam Musou is just a sick game
In my opinion, I would recommend you to wait.
Lair, Ninja Gaiden and so many incoming games are worth well checking
