well im waiting for the alliance pack to come out when all the sudden i see halo 3 in the new releases...i decide to check and see if its something new...and sure enough its an un announced vidoc that reveals new maps and new gameplay controls. i check bungies site...nothing...the forums...nothing. no one knew it was out...so i announced it like a reject and now theres soooo many people downloading it...its going hella slow for me dammit.

lol i play halo 2 every single night with some friends, its our thing to do since they moved away. Ill be on tonight, dont play during the day lol. cant wait for the beta!!!
 
I like the first Halo better than Halo 2, so them bringing back the assault rifle makes the game better for me already. I'd be even more glad if they brang back the original pistol.

There's the tool. I hope they never nerfed it up. That Gun is so powerful, it's good for shooting down those Phantoms out of the sky, good for long range kills and really good at killing hunters with just 1 shot in their spine. In co-operative mode i always carry the pistol to the end of every stage if it's available.

In Halo 2 that other hand gun makes me feel sad it's so soft. I'm confident to assume no one likes to use it either.

When Halo 3 comes out there definatly is going to be a giant spike in 360 sales. People will probably be lining up at midnight just like what happened for Halo 2.
 
yeh ill be out at midnight grabbing my halo 3 legendary set....which i pre ordered and paid off months ago. just like when i was out there at midnight for halo 2.
i loved the halo 1 pistol, and the ORIGINAL halo 2 pistol pre-nerf was awesome too...SMG and Magnum were an amazing dual combo till the nerf weakened it sooo bad.

Halo one's pistol is absolutly amazing. Sniper rifle aside, it's the best gun in the game, imo, for multiplayer.
 
I've always only been a casual Halo fan, but this one might just possiblely change that. This next installment looks damn fun. I love the slow mo death replays.

yep ive had my halo invite for awhile, came with the awesome game crackdown which i love! cant wait till they reveal the final achievement.
as for the legendary edition, i pre ordered and paid mine off the moment pre orders went up!
 
amazon.co.uk aren't doing pre0orders yet ;_; but i signed up for a news alert when it becomes available for pre-order. I got my invite from Crackdown too shortly before the invites stopped lol
 
hmmm zanibar makes a remake return in halo 3

true halo 2 fans would recognize each one of those images to be from zanzibar, screen one is the upper floor of the base, screen 2 is a side view of the fan and three looks like the front of base or the invis tower
 
i liked Zanzibar;; hope they have Lockout tho also!
 
I got my H3 invite! ^^

What I loved about Zanzibar was the fact that people at the beach always rushed in to open the door at the building and were lolambushed. But, some came with a plan. D=
 
Shotgun, Invis Tower, Side entrance to main fort = gate open lol. even most times just rushing with banshee worked lol.
