Just giving my two thumbs up for reading everyone's advice in terms of the secret deletions/thread lockings, and fixing the problem. The detailed explanations of each action are even more than I really had in mind when I complained about the prior strategy, but really, you can never have too much of a good thing. Reading the rules and seeing the rules in active interpretation are often two different things, and especially with NW, having a visible frame of reference as to just what the staff has in mind in terms of what will be tolerated is pretty handy. I always try and err on the side of caution when I post, but the current system could mean one or two posts a month that I don't delete myself, before confirming. You'd be surprised how many posts I almost finish and then cancel out of because it'd make me look foolish.
