I refuse to vote because it is neither. Your fucking dumb. Kinkerbelle is the first person I've seen do it in my IDK 3yrs+ on this forum. So there isn't a huge problem with it. I'd rather ban Skaw for making dumb threads. AND I PRAY SKAW NEVER BECOMES A MOD with ideas like this one. LOL

Hell, me and Meeze got in to an arguement in a thread a few weeks ago. Last Monday he substituted for a member of my Nyzul Static, I didn't care because I leave things where they belong.

Actually the rule makes some sense, sorry if you lack the intelligence to actually see it. She's the only one recently, but there have been others. It's like the people who say they won't post in a thread anymore and 20 minutes later are posting up a storm in that same thread; they look like fools with no self-control. If they say they're quitting the boards, then they should actually quit the boards. Hell, there were a bunch of people who quit when Sculli was in charge(and went to lolqcnn) and actually asked to have their account deleted, just so they couldn't come back easily.
If the people aren't responsible enough to stick to their decisions, then we should help them, ban them. If they want to come back, they can make a new account; enough of the trolls have done it already to know that it's possible.
Anyone who quits normally does re-post in their final thread. Going beyond their final post is different. But still people make rash decisions and then later calm down and realize they were wrong and don't want to leave. It's pretty dumb to just ban someone because they say there leaving. I mean what if they leave QCDN and FFXI at the same time then come back to FFXI and want to use the boards again? I mean it's not worth getting your panties in a wad for.
If you've paid attention. I never had an issue with her until she pulled this "I'm going!" then "I'm back!" stunt. The only thing that irked me before was how she posted quotes. Which was nothing more than simple annoyance because you're reading and you're like "Who is she talking to!"

You can't possibly tell me that in your whole life you've never said "fuck it!" and thrown up your arms thinking "i quit that job" or "i quit this game" or "i quit this stupid community" or... you get the picture. You've never once in your life said something like that only to realize that you may have been wrong for overreacting?
Kink might be annoying for coming back. That's for you to decide. I personally don't mind her. I really don't see what the fuss is about. For as many times as I see you guys post that dumb "internet - serious business" jpeg, you guys sure do have a case of it.

OR: People could show the same restraint they're accusing Kink of not having and simply refuse to give someone who is seeking attention exactly what they are looking for by simply not responding. Personal accountability. Novel concept for some and totally underutilized on QCDN. The thread that I'm pretty sure sparked this would have been done before it even started if so many had not done their best to magnify and make a spectacle out of it. That attention-whoring thing everyone likes to sling as an accusation takes more than one person to work.
You'd be correct. Everything over the internet that I've given up, I've given up silently. Every job I've quit, I quit with no ulterior motive other than having found a better job. You don't need to flip out in the process of leaving. Just get up and do it.
Theres a difference between calling someone out on it, and giving them praise for it. The reason she "left" was because no one gave her praise over her post about a normal, everyday mob. But instead people called her out on making it just to fish for those kinds of posts. Including a mod. Every minute thing isn't justifiable to get people to pay attention to you. Not getting what she wanted, she went with a drama nuke post. It didn't get what she wanted either. To put it short, she had no intention of "leaving" the forums in the first place.
I know if I said "fuck you guys, I'm out," I wouldn't care what anyone would say after that point.
