Do you get the items by taking the quest from the guy at the alchemy guild, or the moogle?

I'm looking forward to seeing the festival. Things like this is what makes this game great.
 
Looks like this event is starting at 17:00 tomarrow the 21st. Or atleast thats what it looks like POL is saying. There calling it the sunbreeze festival this year. Theres still gonna be fireworks at night and goldfish scooping, as well as NPCs that sell fireworks in certain areas of town.

I Dont know if people can get last years yukatas though. I would think so considering that they are doing goldfish scooping again this year. Guess we'll see ^^ I think Moogles give the quests as the usually do, but the credit the creator that is from the alchemy guild.

I don't think they're summer fest items <.<; the HQ version of the armour have +clamming stats :P

Although, they COULD be a reward from the summer fest event ^^;

Last summer we had an event that was based on japanese summer festivals. You'd go out to certain areas and stand in streams and ponds, and try to catch fish with the scoopers. After you caught a few you'd trade them in to the NPC that helps out with the event in exchange for prizes. The Yukatas that were questable items last year gave you a +1 to goldfish scooping if you did some extra work to get the +1 version of the yukata ^^

as Uzor said, this years new clothing items have stats for clamming intead.

I'm just wondering if they are going to do what they did for the easter event, and make you get the old items from last year before you can get the newer ones ( as the clamming + gear)
