I went afk while the undead were approaching for a besieged once, and forgot about it. I came back a few hours later to find out that I had been charmed twice, attacked a courrier carrie, and was given about 300 exp/IS for all my trouble.
 
I've noticed in campaign that sometimes the mobs are so ridiculous that there isnt much you can do besides cure bomb.... Ive been going on BLM and spent most of the time I am dead on the floor....

I wouldnt say im over-nuking either, 1 spell and I have hate, I am thinking that the hate on these mobs is extremely loose....

Anyway, if I go on BLM again, unless there is a competant tank there I think im going to raise/cure bomb also.

I don't really know why this is an "exploit", until SE "fixes" it, its not really classified as an exploit. I've found it incredibly helpful at the moment because I can buff up my exp really well and start getting the sword broken for the Savage Blade quest done at the same time rather easily. But thats just me. Anyways, why the talk of 12 year olds?! Shouldn't we keep the WoW stuff in the WoW forums? (Sorry, I know its a really bad joke XD)

I agree with what the original poster is complaining about. What he's saying is there are people standing at the C.A. npc, getting an allied tag, then swapping in +HP gear and curing themselves. Once cured to full, they take the gear off and back on and then cure to full again.

While I don't really care that people can set up their own personal xp factories, what I do care about is that SE is going to eventually decide they need to "fix" it and end up screwing up the whole system for the rest of us.

Are you high? No one would rely on the slow as shit exp/hour you'd get doing this method as their sole method of getting exp. A standard party would net you more, easily. The gil sellers wouldn't use it because it's slow as hell and there's no money in it. Do they do besieged at all?

Low level people in besieged is a bigger problem than this, at least those people are potentially preventing others from participating. No one gives a shit, stop whining.

I don't think so, Tim. Mobs that give no XP (read: Dynamis mobs) don't usually give points for weapon skill/KSNM weapons. Doubt there'd be an exception for campaign (esp. if they don't let you skill up).
 
well baja, it's possible that they may do besieged gold pieces went down quite a bit and i'm assuming the others as well from cashing in IS

im sorry i had to comment on this.. omg seriously its like at max 600 exp ..lol oh wow ur totally gonna be 75 on that exp in oh say 6 months maybe? lol sorry just thought that was funny.:wink:
