Howcome when there is a new interpretation for a rule, they always bring it out against the Raiders?
I know the season has been over for the Raiders for quite a while, but a team that has no reason for being in a game against the bestteam in the conference gets penalized for a ref calling a player dropping the ball as a forward pass.
That play has happened enough times in my presence and haven't seen the rule interepreted the way they did. They said since he was celebrating it was an intentional fumble, so it is called a forward pass...NFL should just make a public statement saying they hope the Raiders never win another game, at least they'd know they have two opponents on Sundays.
