around the time i last quit the game, this was quite a big topic. Was wondering what happened to this job combination and if anyone still does it or if its still as good as it was when people first started realizing the damage potential.

it does have damage potential but it's place in exp pt is fairly limited/shallow, with good gear I've heard that ninja's can get to 400~500 dd on the ni wheel. Like rdm can nuke just ok, but there are jobs better suited to the role such as blm.

In short it's like nin/rng, some viability for extra dd but it's place is easily replaced by other jobs, ninja is the one of two commonly(maybe not necessarily limited to only) accepted tank jobs available so most would prefer the norm. Tanking/dding.

Most things that are good are outshined by the standard these days. THe only place where most job combinations have a place is ballista.

it is great, but only in a small level spectrum, around 40~55

no reason at all to use it past 60, you do better damage with :Jin and normal hits

Not quite, the hate generated by /drk is far superior than /war, if we're talking about a long battle (read HNM's).
