Ninjustu Enfeebling and INT/MND

It has been my understanding that all +stats on AFs are meant solely for WS modifiers. Since warrior is basically the master of all weapons with a B rating or higher in all melee weapons besides hand-to-hand, katana and Geat Katana, this makes a little more sense for warrior to have a +INT stat. Similarly, DRK get +MND which is a secondary WS modifier for Guillotine, THF gets +INT for Energy Drain among many other odd +stats on AF that seem rather pointless.

INT affects steal rates and lock picking. Probably also affects mugging.

and whm hands +5str?

hexa strike among others?

you can't honestly say STR affects healing magic in any way, can you?

I believe stats on af were made for flexibility not for our common exp use.

Like rdm af hands and feet for solo

OR intended to balance out there one main weakness, Intelligence.

Warlock's Gloves +4DEX
Dexterity is a secondary modifier for many dagger weapon skills and some sword WS as well.

As for the the agility from the Warlock's Boots, I have no explanation for that, but it seems most AF feet have some +AGI. All but SAM, DRK, MNK and THF have 3-4 AGI in the feet armor, although THF do have some AGI in the legs. Of the three new jobs, they all have 3 AGI in the legs or hands.

from my understanding, ninjutsu enfeebles doesn't work the same way as magic enfeebles.

As in, they do work the same way, just isn't affected by stats the same way. While magical enfeebles get stronger if you have more MND, ninjutsu enfeebles are always at a set%.

Although with INT and elmental ninjutsu, it is my understanding that INT and MAB gear increases te damage they do.

My NIN is only 37 though, so don't take my word for it <.<; that's just the way I've had it explained to me.

I've heard 3 different theory about nin enfeebles:

1. affected by skill only, set% (most common one, like you said)
2. affected by skill and INT
3. affected by skill and INT / MND (like magic enfeebles)

It seems like no one can confirm on how it works, but I have an idea to test it out: grab a mob and use Jubaku with 3 difference gear setup(normal, INT boost, MND boost), and compare the average proc rate from these setups, guess this might be the only way to solve the mystery.

If nin enfeebs aren't constant, they'll relate to the RDM enfeebs gear-wise

Blind = Int
Paralyze = Mnd
Slow = Mnd

it would make the most sense if all the nin spells were int just looking at the stat+ gear ninja can use and our JSE at 70+ is all INT+ but our nukes blow at that lvl so it most likely be ment for out infeebs. but thats assuming SE put an bit of thought into it.
