NM despawn question

Is there anyway to know which NM's definitely wont despawn after spawning and will sit there until they are killed (like to 21-24hr spawns+ never despawn etc)? Is the despawn time different for different NM spawn time types.

I cant find information on this sort of thing anywhere.
 
I know Tiamat and Jourganand (sp?) Never despawn. they just sit there, mocking my pathetic ability to even get one good hit.

im 0/9 on Tiamat now. lol
Ive died 9 times to that fucker and only 2 times have I gotten a hit in. Once I did Fire 2^^ 13 dmg! woot.
 
No monster but Night faring monsters and most, but not all Trigger spawned Monsters(AF Quest Monsters) will despawn.

I remember reading that somewhere about the first King Behemoth pissing a lot of people off because it was there for like 2 weeks straight.
 
I'm pretty sure Guivre despawns... unless someone actually kills him?
 
Is Tiamat that hard? Why is he not camped? If he is an HNM like he sounds I am suprised ppl are not crawling all oer him. Or is he a quest NM that does not have a noteworthy drop?
 
From what I've heard it takes three full alliances + outside healers to beat Tiamat, but it might be doable with less.
 
Tiamat's drops, or drops that people have gotten so far suck balls. That and the general difficulty of him proves to make it not worth the time... until we are able to get a listing of all his drops and a set strategy to beating him or the others, you won't see him dead much, if at all.
 
Well Im pretty sure Leech King spawned and despawned today because no one was camping him during the spawn window and Argus never spawned either... so thats why I was wondering... and yes I know FOR SURE that LK wasnt killed.
 
I think he does drop good things, from what Ive rad in other websites, but its very hard.

he drops somthing with "latent effect: Flee" boots i think.
 
LOL chpl. Most people would not want to lose exp for a small chance of....umm...getting a bit? But not you! You say damn the torpedoes, lets go right at them! lol...grats ^^
