NM question

When the server goes down, when it comes back up do nm spawn back up, or are their spawns on a set timer? I've never been a good NM camper (only got the guy who drops Braveheart in Pal mines). I'm having alot of issues being poor, and would like to camp some NM for drops. I would appreciate any tips people could give me
 
Uh well i know for sure that after a maintenance the Times respawn i always use to camp argus after the maintenances before it got changed
 
Maintenence resets NM/HNM times. Basically there window opens up right as maintenence ends
 
So basicly Right after maintenice is over All the NM's Spawn? or they have the ability to spawn?

some one should set a group up boefre the next maintance to get the Behemoth!! Cause i got a LeatherCrafter/Smither thats gonna make me abyrnie ifi get him a behomoth leather

Their spawn windows open. You know, the 1-3 hour period in the 21-24 hour Repop. Or the chance to pop from lottery.
 
Personal exp is they pop sooner after maintmance then later, but hey, that could just be coincidince so w/e.
 
when people say "lottery" for a pop. what is that? and i've read something about "ks seals" what is that?
 
Lottery means you have to kill placeholders. Every time a place holder respawns, there is a chance it will be the NM instead. They also tend to follow some timer.

KS Seals is Kindred Seals. You trade them to get an orb, like BCNM, but the battle is uncapped (lev. 75).
