No Seal BC for Cash and Lots of Exp~!

SE dosn't give us anything, my guess is theses battles are going to be very very hard.
 
bcnm's were very very hard, and now that everyone knows how to beat them easily they are just a normal thing to do, as soon as people figure this out, its gonna be automatic.
 
I am thinking that these BC battles are going to be on par or harder then the Ultima Weapon BC and 4-2 BC (Both per nerf), which honestly I thought were a blast to play even though I was losing lots of exp and cash everytime we tried. These type of BCs, even if you know how to beat it, it is still one hell of a challenge.

Also from the look of the picture they have with the announcement and the name, I bet the battles are going to take place in the 4 Spire Areas at the end of the Proms. Now that would be one hell of an annoying catch (expect for Prom Vhazl where you can warp to the top after beating it).

Guess we will find out on Wednesday.

I really hope that you don't have to beat all the Proms >.< That would totally kill it for me as of now... :cry:

Imo, I think it's the BCNM version of gods, with xp,heh. Less people too, most likely. Anyways, it looks interesting, I'll def. be trying it out. Of course it sounds too good to be true, it -will- most likely be crazy hard... sigh just hoping it doesn't turn into another one of those things we lag behind in doing (i.e Tiamat and the other new HNM dragons which don't die much on our server)

I think the BCNM is in dynamis area! you have to fight your way to it and beat it for your relic armor!!!!!

Not one person, but SE itself.

New battlefield types will be unlocked for the upcoming Empty Notorious Monster quests!

The "Empty" are the mob types that inhabit the Promy areas. So it only makes sense that this should be a a CoP related part of the patch. Though if I remember correctly, the last patch already added NMs to the general Promy areas too.

Yeah we saw an NM on the third floor while doing.. I think it was mea. Anyways, anyone have a clue as to what these NM drop?

If I remember correctly, they drop Memospheres (needed for the promy maps) as well as "Remnant of a [NM's name]" which doesn't have a purpose yet I think.

No I'm not talking about those, we've killed those before. I'm talking about these strange NM on the upper levels, in that sam prom we killed some on the bottom floor that dropped teal memosphere and it wasn't the same mob type, I doubt it does the same since being on the third floor it would be a lot harder.

Agreed, guess you can tell apart the people on their first MMORPG. Tell me, what are you people going to do when FFXI is on it's 4th Expansion (not counting rise of zilart) and you still don't have CoP? The game(FFXI) cost me $50 and $15 a month, and $20 is a lot less then most games I buy normally (usually 30-60 bucks) What's the hold up?
