I always thought the nomad moogle that stands behind Maat in the Gardens, should give you those stats. It would be nice to be able to check 'em and compare with friends.

I'm hoping to get the other egg and some furniture? I already have my Happy Egg, and while I don't play a mage, the other would be for collective purposes.

Also, trying to resist the urge to sell eggs. I guess I'll just wait until I can't hold any more then trade people what they need.

I put them up in my bazaar the first time w/o even thinking someone might buy them all and reprice them... stupidest thing I've ever done in game.

So yeah, someone ended up paying 5k for eggs I had planned on giving away. >_<

Edit: I just read if you're in a pt you can choose what eggs you liekd based on pt members eggs, also it seems there are new hidden patterns to submit. So find some friends and get to it.

Also, if you trade the moogle a colored egg it gets you an extra egg that day! Just thought I'd share the wisdom.

I got my happy egg ^^, working on fortune egg, and then maybe I'll go for some random things and see what happens. ^^

I still have the base 2 eggs and 4-5 of the flavour drops from last year. The only thing thats useful to me in the furniture cuz it will give you some Storage Space.

How do you get the furniture?

yes but deci, they give 1 storage space, BUT you use 1 MH spot for it, so your really just swapping your space over

If its the same as last year, you can mine/harvest/log 1 egg a day. First thing you get before any item.

Still got happy/lucky egg from last year, and once again, if there no usful item givin out, I'm skiping even like most others.

I want the moogles that give how many times you died too

Yeah, the stat moogles were to comemmorate(sp?) Final Fantasy XI's release 2 years prior, hence the Firework that showed a "2".

I honestly do not see what everyone's problem with the Easter event is. It gives out something USEFUL. Isn't the lack of useful items what everyone complained about with the past few events? (i.e. goldfish from summerfest)
I understand the lag and the shouts, but I do not understand why everyone dislikes people selling eggs. I have made around 100K off this event from just last night, and I already have my Fortune Egg.
I think it's related to why people don't like casinos. If you don't want to lose your money b/c of horrible odds, don't give them your money.

For anyone curious 7 eggs of a kind will get you a fortune egg :wink:

Also, letter combos:

Initial 3: The first 3 letters of your name (e.g. CUB) - this gets you a colored drop or Chocobo tickets.
Straight 8: Starting w/the first letter of your name, the next 7 letters (e.g. CDEFGHIJ) - this gets you the Happy Egg.
7 of a kind: Any 7 letters (e.g. OOOOOOO) - this gets you the Fortune Egg.
For the furniture eggs: You need to spell out the first 5 letters of a region. Whichever nation controls it is the egg you get.
Example:

RONFA will get you the Wing Egg
GUSTA will get you the Lamp Egg
SARUT will get you the Flower Egg

If the area is Beastman controlled, you get a costume.
