Nothing is happening...

I'm on ToAU 4. The next step after trading Cacaroon the 1k, is the CS with the Gordeus that is what I have read and have continously heard. But nothing is happening... After trading Cacaroon 1,000 Gil, I proceeded to the Walahra Temple, and approached the Gordeus, as all ToAU M sources have said, nothing is happening. Waiting for any replies to this problem. or if I need any pre-requisites I have not accomplished.

Try going all around the room, if I remember right, I got mine as I exited.

Circled the room and talked to the NPC's. Still nothing is happening...

Entrance won't grant me CS either. :/

Well there's another quest (called Two Horn the Savage) that also involves giving that qiqirn 1000 gil, so the game may have goofed somewhere (or perhaps you got the wrong CS and it wasn't mission-related and you didn't notice).

Anyway, try:

- talking to Cacaroon again, repeatedly
- trading him 1000 gil again, repeatedly if he actually reacts to it (don't bother if he doesn't), and repeat the above step
- zone to Al Zahbi and back, and repeat the above two steps
- go back to Naja Salaheem and talk to her again, repeatedly, then repeat the above three steps

ONE of those should fix things for you. If not, and if you do have Two Horn the Savage flagged, go ahead and knock it out and then come back and try all the above again.

Did you physically trade him the gil, or did you just assume you gave him the gil in the CS, cause you dont actually give him the gil in the CS you have to trade.

LOL I am not a nub Exthimious... I know the difference between trade and CS. And Thanks so much Vil, I didn't realize that Cacaroon was part of the Two Horn Savage quest. Thanks a lot. ^_^b
