Nov. 28th Maintenance - All Worlds (Yes Today!)

Some people have mentioned having to reboot their computer to get their windower behaving again.

Also check to make sure your windower and ffxi resolutions are the same.

Can check windowers in the windower folder under Launcher_Gui
Yeah, that was the first thing I checked when this started happening. :/

And I tried restarting my computer like Vil said just now, but that didn't fix it either. ><; Am I the only one this is happening to anymore? ; ;

One thing to note. It's been theorized that where you campaign has a lot of bearing on reward. If you take part in a campaign that's under your nation's control, you have to do twice the work to get the same reward. It's not so much a hard 50% cut, because the cap is still the same, it's just twice as hard to cap out your exp. Again, this is just a theory, but it seems to be true.
How is this even a theory? It was mentioned in the update details, it's a fact.
EDIT: My apologies. I didn't read your whole post, and assumed half of it. So let me make my correction here.
The absolute reverse of what you said is true.

- An issue wherein the maximum number of charges for the scholar ability "Stratagems" was not functioning correctly has been addressed.
Sadness :(

- The strength of certain monsters in the new Wings of the Goddess areas has been adjusted.
Hope this means windurst can start winning again >_>

LOL.. I think this pertains to Bastok as well have you tried to fight Guh'da Softstep. That turtle has a move called ore lob and it will take out an entire alliance effortlessly... and he spams it...

They would have specified the mob if it was only one.

I don't. It's historically accurate with them getting slaughtered by the Yagudo. Hah.

loooool

But we're here to change history:ph34r::cool:

I would be real cautious as to how much effort you put into this again. Early word on Bluegartr gives me the impression they've made it way too easy. I expect another update within the week. I could be wrong, because there have been campaigns that CC and I have won by ourselves, but they seem to be coming out of the woodworks now.

Based on how Campaign is undergoing revisions, I won't resume the scientific tests until it settles down. But I am recording and analyzing data from when I participate.

I haven't finished finding all the new reward caps (especially for melee damage , which is really very odd,) but the results here and here indicate that so far as people curing others, there is no change between gaining rewards in your nation's regions compared to other nations' or the beastmen controlled areas. Note that curing HP is a special case, as it is calculated using ((1HP = 0.1xp + 0.05notes)) and capped at ((500xp + 250notes)) no matter what and no matter where you are.

Melee damage and spell damage is a whole different story.

Nice data Araelus. I see you've started on Melee numbers, I'm anxious to see that. Once we find out how to cap exp quickly then time caps can be tested.
