NPC question

my NPC just hit 46 and a few levels back i got the option o upgrade her sword agian So i gave her a 2-Handed sword and she wont use it >.<

But instead of the 2-handed sword i gave her it looks like she is useing a Mithril Claymore. has anyone else had this problem of the NPC not using the Weapon you give them?

You can only use certain weapons.

My friend's WHM NPC is rockin the Kunai so what they can logically equip is sometimes a little baffling. Maybe your NPC kicks too much ass and is just 1 handing the 2 handed weapon you gave it to off how much of a badass it is. :lol:

Probably missing and doing very little damage as well. While they can equip any kind of weapon, they still have skill restrictions that players have. Give Healer a club. You'll see a much better improvement in damage.

Doing excellent damage as I am told, took it a little bit to skill up with the weapon but does decent damage reguardless. He is a BST though, so perhaps it is because he is only leveling it off of EMs?

The weird thing is if you NPC cant use the weapn then luta doent take it when you trade it to her

But luto Takes my 2 handed sword and apparently doesnt give it to Raka >.< Luto that sexy mithran theif

My (Elvaan) NPC is getting too strong. :shock: I have her on Attacker style with a Great Katana, and even at level 40 she can take hate away from me at the beginning of the battle on mobs that are EP to me as a 61 THF (if I don't start with Sneak Attack, that is). I just wish she'd get her Promys done and buy some damn Woodsman Rings. :roll:
