NPCs {Where?}

[xRiokox]

Hello all, I would like to know where are the locations of NPCs that are able to change your title, because I had my Bronze Ballistar before (yeah I know, I'm still a newb, but it was one of my achievements so I wanted to keep that title T_T ) but after I finished ZMs it changed to a boring one =( am I able to go back to my old one? Could you help me out please? The only NPC I know is the one in Merry Minstrel but I bet she only changes it to boring ones, like Sky Breaker or whatever, depending on the gil you give to her, I remember there was a NPC that gives you a list of the old titles and you can select the one you want but I don't remember where it is >.< Thanks in advance ^^

There's an NPC in pretty much every town that can fork over titles. Go to http://ffxi.somepage.com/npcdb/ and pick "Title Changer" from the NPC type drop-box to find a list. As a general rule:

Quest: town where you started the quest.
Mission: Windy, Bastok, or Sandy respectively for their country missions. Norg for RoZ missions, Safehold for CoP, Whitegate for ToAU.
(H)NM: Mhaura, Selbina, Kazham, or Rabao.
Ballista: San d'Oria.
Crafting: town where main crafting guild for that craft is located.

Lesse, there is one in Kazham near the docks, he can change your title to one of the dragon slayers:

Dread Dragon Slayer -or- Black Dragon Slayer.

There is one in the Lion Springs Tavern in San d'Oria.
There is also the one in Windy, I think hes in Windurst Woods or Waters.
Bastok Im not sure at all. (really sad, thats where im from XD )

The ____ Dragon Slayer titles (three, one for each of the country mission 2-3 dragon options) fall under the category of (H)NM titles as opposed to mission titles.

Like all other (H)NM titles, you do actually have to have been in alliance and in zone when the specific mob dies (generally you're fighting it too, but that's not actually required, title-wise), to have the title. Thus, if you've only fought some but not all of the dragons, you can't get the titles for the one(s) you haven't fought yet.
