Snake's reaction towards the Screaming Mantis suggests otherwise. Psycho Mantis didn't exactly have the manliest physique, and Konami has thrown out tons of twists through trailers and in the game itself. Vamp's gay. Master Miller is dead, and Liquid's the killer. Play me some filler, Johnny!
