Obama on Cuba

[Dejavu]

For those of you who think i am against everything Obama is doing... I like this. Although it should not be limited to Cuban-Americans but its a start I guess.

I always found the whole Cuba thing ridiculous, and renewing relations with them is an incredible move. I mean, we forgave Japan for the Pearl Harbor attacks. We forgave Russia for the nuclear threats. We're trying to be buddies with China, even though they're close to North Korean(though, that might be because they're close, rather despite it.) Forgiving Cuba is long overdue imo.

well the real reason for the issues that we have with Cuba is the fact that it used to be like Vegas for the US and when Castro came into power he nationalized and bankrupted countless American owned businesses. But that is the danger of doing business in a foreign country. They knew that going in.
