The Everygrey DVD "A Night To Remember"? What a work of art...these guys are already great players but the DVD is just magnificent...omg..The best music DVD ever so far surpasses the Opeth DVD by a ton...From the scenery to the music it has entrapped me for endless hours. Aalea you better reply :twisted:

A choir, string quartet, and a virtuoso metal band for the win...

I was sceptical of the name, sounds Christian Rock, so was turned off as that genre leaves a strange feeling on me. However, upon further looking I found they are on Metal Blade so that means they could be cool so I'll dig some stuff up from them :twisted:

Lets face it the only metal (not metal imo but that's what they choose to call it) now is non U.S. metal as ours sucks more dick than a whore in L.V. I mean Slipknot, Korn, Mudvayne (sp?) wtf is this shit ? Talentless noise than a gramma could do. Foreign metal FTW :twisted: Damn Mtv Generation.........

...also, I'm not a classic rock fan :oops:

Not a Morbid fan at all. Nile is a different story..if you don't have the new album go buy it. So violent. :shock:

Ya, you can also see the effect of these "nu-metal" bands on some of the European bands...Soilwork and In Flames recently got pretty big in the states and now have gone to shit by influence :evil: so frustrating.

Anyway, there are ALOT of good metal bands in America however, they go mostly unheard of. I felt bad saying that but most people when they think of metal here (in America) think those bands and bands of the same genre. =/
