I saw the account on the first day, while I was tempted to ban it, I decided to leave it alone and see what he did with it. You never know, people can change themselves, for all I know he could have come back to apologize. You shouldn't be so quick to hit the ban button just because you see a name. Of course, his actions on the Flameboards and his PM to me pretty much showed me he was back to troll again, so I banned it once more.
