They've taken out most of what makes the Warhammer universe great, the race/class system looks #%**e

Not really, this guy has obviously never seen the game.

As for the class system, I'd say it's an improvement for the brand, given the market. Would you rather have the "you're part of a unit, with all the same abilities and equipment," over a free form player development?

If the guy thinks the race/class system looks like shit, then WoW's race/class system is shit as well. Not because they're exactly the same, but because they did the same thing, given their original source.
