Ok.. Hold the phone... Buddha wishes to speak with me.

Changed it around a bit - users with <10 posts now have a one-message limit on both their inbox and sentbox, and can send to no more than 1 recipient at a time.

Some people may still receive spam-based PMs but it won't be as widespread as this one was. Waiting for Reeve to post his thoughts on alternatives as this could be a fairly heavy limiter on new legit users.

[Khajit]

Perhaps this is because flameboard users obviously need to chill in the nirvana that is budda.

[Nycon]

I got that PM as well.. lol buddha2 :nono:

[Gerry]

What the hell is this? I just recieved this in PM. Has organized religion entered the realm of forum spambots?

I got the same thing, I deleted the message. The guy was banned by the time I got the message XD

[Grem]

You said you'd never tell anyone about those!

Now throw down a card, dammit!

I aint kiddin'

Hi grem,

I have a question about pokemon.
I got the national dex and I'm looking for people to trade their pokemon or just to have seen them.

I saw the name Eevee's and Celebi in your name.

Could you plz add me to msn ?
maybe we can discuss the pokemon trade by it.
My msn is : [EMAIL REMOVED]

I hope I can talk to you about trades

[Valandil]

We're looking into this

LOL sounds like something a GM would say.

LOL sounds like something a GM would say.

Except something got done -- atleast a temp fix.

[Miros]

There's an announcement up that shows how we slightly fixed this. It is unfair to new users who are legitimate, but if they go ahead and contribute to the board for one day, they should be fine.
