Old Server Legends/Horrors

Right.....So...I heard this thing about some old player from 3 or so years ago. He was supposedly a pld named Prophecy.

Have you guys heard of him? All kinds of crazy stuff about him tanking Kirin after his alliance died and were RRing back up. Stuff about him protecting newbs that people were trying to mpk em. Blisting random players asking for his help. A bunch of crazy ass stuff like that. So I was wondering if this was just some BS community legend or not. Some people I talked to online seemed like they were about to piss themselves just by me mentioning it. Afraid that when ever I zoned to lvl all the mobs would keep being stolen. And anytime I put something on the AH it'd get undercut so I never sold it and made money.

Just interested in finding out what someone may know.
 
hahahahahaha, prophecy, we need to erect some form of in-server monument to him, something like a giant penis and a keyboard, made out of gold, in lower jeuno.

But yes, he was a "prominent leader" of a "prominent" LS on this server.
 
And what was this ls? You guys are making me believe this was real. Are you guys afraid of him? You're being really vague about details. I wonder if you guys believe he'll come back to haunt us all or have my account killed off or something
 
I once exp'd with Prophecy from about midnite to about 7am, best exp party ever...
 
Prophecy was a good tank, but a terrible typist, and many people didn't like him because of accusations that he used ls money for his own betterment. The ls he led is also now very notorious for fleetooling, I think several members even flat out admitted to it a while back.

Hahaha. Now this entertains me. Someone thinks I'm the old Proph. Well guess what. I'm not.

Actually this isn't even my real account. I talked to a bunch of people online when this prophecy guys name came up. Everyone I talked to was scared that somehow, someway I was gonna get my account stolen or something if I brought this guy up. So asked me to promise to make a dif account before I asked. I told em they had no reason to worry. They did. Oh, well.
 
lol, prophecy is, from what I've understood, one of the best NA PLDs on Quetz, but at the same time one of the worst typists and biggest doofuses.

The penis + keyboard analogy wins, though.
