For those of you browsing Alla the past couple days you might have run into this story. Maybe you have read it somewhere else. All true, and even though it may look like a pretty big "short" story I did not want to stop reading until the end.

This story if you have never read it before, will blow you away.

this story is a great summation of one of Horatio Alger's books called Ragged Dick..

i had to read this book for one of my history classes, it was a great book, and it's funny how a lot of things in this story parallel's the book by Alger
 
Yes one of the posters on alla followed reading this up by calling it plagarism concerning that Horatio fella. So I don't know, I will have to read that story as well to decide for myself
 
Regardless of wether or not it was plagerised... good story.

I did the search, it was the name of a group that scammed alot of corporations in the early 80s. Beynd that I am not sure read the details.
 
OMG

Some parts of this story made me laugh so hard my spleen fell out. After putting it back in and continuing, I must say this is one of the saddest and most amusing things I've ever read.
 
That guy had balls of steel. Un-fricken-believable

That was intense. If there is anyone I feel really bad for its HardHead. The thoggins guy just seemed like a prick anyway.
 
All I have to say is... that was fucked up. What a waste of a mind, and effort.
