If I bought some I would seriously expect to regain 100 HP, and I would like a light green font saying "100" to magically appear on my body and float upwards.

lol I actually got to try some of this stuff. A friend of the family went on vacation to Japan and I called them up midvacation and told them to buy me some potions. Of course after the explanation of what the hell I was talking about, they got me a couple bottles and brought them back. Let's just say they taste pretty bad, and even worse when warm lol
