OMG!! Look at this Star Wars Concept!!

I'm not much of a star wars fan. Like many people I liked the movies, I enjoy some of their games. That video did provoke some thought though. I think it'd be worth trying to make a game with some of those concepts seen in the video.
 
If there was a star wars jedi type game for the wii, I would run out and buy a wii so fast.

The video is from an unconfirmed new Lucas Arts game as a tech demo. Basically, what Star Wars could be on nex-gen graphics. The Wii couldn't support that kind of graphics, but it would be interesting to see them do something like this.. or maybe even online Lightsaber dueling with the Wiimotes. You'd look like a nerd, but man would it be fun.

It's difficult to play any Wii game w/o looking like a nerd.

My brother walked in on me playing DBZ, while i was Kamehameha-ing the tv. Awkward.

ya it couldnt support graphics THAT good, but it could still dish out some nice graphics if the game was built from the ground up. Wii's graphics arent all that bad really, just not AS GOOD, lol

It'd be funny if Star Wars Kid made a comeback on Wii.
 
Thats the next-gen demo from LucasArts; pretty much Star Wars for the PS3 and the 360. Want a Star Wars-ish game for the Wii? Later this year look for "No More Heroes." It's in the Feburary issue of Game Informer (with blue dragon on the cover.)
 
No More Heroes is more of a mix between Red Steel's sword play(vastly improved) and GTA than Star Wars.

Grasshopper is a pretty great developing team. I really liked Killer7

Gameplay would be nice, but I want a Star Wars game for the Wii more for the wiimote designed to look like the handle of a lightsaber that you just know they'd release.

ya Ive been following No More Heroes for a long time now, even made a post somewhere thats been buried. Nice looking game, but had horrible voice acting on the demo I watched, lol
 
Yeah, it's just a video of someone playing with a controller sliced in with the impressive tech demo for a star wars game. It's a fake but an interesting fake.
 
They'd have to reduce the quality to get that onto the Wii. Maybe use Stickmen.
