On Nazism, the KKK, and PETA. (Mostly just Nazism)

In honor of Dalecooper's grammatical greatness and mastery of the Engrish language I have written him a haiku:

Cry me a river
You deserve a spanish laugh
JA JA JA JA JA

Um, because I think he is a waste of a human being. And I dont like him. And Dale would do it too, if the opportunity presented itself.

You say he's a waste of a human being, then you say that he would do it too, if he got a chance. Why the hell would you want to do something that a "waste of a human being" would do? Does that make sense to you?

/em bows. Thank you Keits.

(Although I'll leave the ad hominem attacks to you.)

I do have a question for asiamise, though. Do you think it's offensive or insensitive when someone calls someone else a Nazi? You know what context I mean. But does it bother you? And do you find it insulting to your grandparents, or their peers?

Please don't flame me. I'm just trying to shed another light on the situation. I do not wish to be told that what I think may be wrong.

Now that's just not fair, nerzul. "I do not wish to be told that what I think may be wrong"? ...what am I even supposed to say about that... live in your cave, then. But we aren't arguing about what Nazi Germany did. We're arguing about invoking their name, and all the things that implies and entails. Honestly I don't think our discussion is going to create another war. If nothing else, a free exchange of ideas is supposed to avoid war. It's "I do not wish to be told that what I think may be wrong" that's dangerous.

Dale: Seriously. You're just being moralistic and (almost) a drama queen. You can stop not-posting now, since clearly you're responding -- and actually address the issue. Why do you believe that calling someone a Nazi implies that they are anti-Semitic and are going to go on to conquer western Europe? You even said so yourself, it's to call people fascist. Alright... then why is the label of Nazi insensitive to the past? They were a political party and ideological movement.
(And for the record, of course there are people that call others Commies. Does that slight the memory of the USSR? Oh no, the Marshall Plan!)

Cohen, I applaud your haiku.

Actually. I totally forgot about this...

Good call changing the macro to Stevie wonder. I was about to post that suggestion.
Heh, it ISNT cool, but it isn't the worst thing you could say either. That PARALYZE one is mean (but funny).
In any case, it beats the shit outta "U R BLIIND NOW MUTHERF##ER" or some such nonsense

(That, in reference to Tyrion's macros. "Here ya go, Kyozabi!")

Tyrion said:
What Macro?

So I ask and he's like "Ray Charles is dead that's not cool!"

Okay, my Blind macro says "How ya like that, Ray Charles?!"
I made it when I first started Selphieroth, before Ray Charles died.

And since there wasn't a "please" anywhere in Kyozabi's statement, I told him no, and that he could watch me not care.

He said something about it in shout, to which I replied "Then I guess you really would hate my Christopher Reeves Paralyze macro."

"I was about to post that suggestion."

So Dale. All in good, clean fun, eh?

(Maybe I'm the hypocrite.)

I never said I had grammatical greatness. Other than that ONE post, find a post where I have made fun of someone's grammar. Well, excluding any xcalade posts, I dont make fun of his grammar, just that he cant write at all.
I was only stating that Keits would do well not to start arguing about grammar because his is not flawless. Nor should he, nor should you.

It's interesting to see the line between mature and immature in these "debates"

I thought about getting involved, and stating my opinions, but..... immaturity seems to prevail all too often.

/sigh

And in case no one caught the point: im saying everyone makes mistakes like misspelling words, no one is infallible and i found it funny that point came full circle.

Yea, I suppose I can see that. But, well, I don't know. I just don't know. At leasts the posts are intelligible. Unlike Xcalade's haha.

if he is poor, how does he have the internet, a good computer to run FFXI, a good graphics card to run FFXI, and the money to go on his vacation....hmm?

2 Words,

Parental Units.

Even if he isnt poor financially .... he appears to be lacking in some other important (even more important than being financially stable, i never know when there is some communist lurking in the background that is going to call me a capitalist pig because of the importance i put on capital) traits.

My parents pay for my internet and the ethernet cable and the purchase of my game (for my birthday) but i pay monthly fees.
