Going on 5 years of Nothing to do on Thurs/Fri for 8 hours. I'm also at work...

thank god for that, im off school this week... which makes going back ever the painful.. then of course im top in my comp class so once ive done all the shit i gotta do you guys are always here :lol:

Im at work as we speak, desperately trying to instill an OSHA friendly safety program in a telcom company that has survived 6 yrs without one :(

(I might add I have no training in any kind of safety whatsoever)

Im also trying to figure out how we are going to take care of a fleet of 35+ vehicles, that have been abused over the course of 6 yrs without hardly spending any $$$

..........Oh shit, then theres that 60 miles of underground fiber I have to make sure no dumbass hits when they decide their kids need a new swingset.

What do you mean I can not stand on the very very top of a latter with one foot, hanging my other foot out for balance, while hanging onto the electrical wires for extra added support?

Hmm we have some stupid service called Blue Stake out here, they always say call us before you dig. 1-800-Stake-it

Yeah they try to prevent that kinda shit but theres always and asshole that "forgets" to call.

Oh yeah, the Telcom Industry is notorious for what I call "acrobatic ladders".
( recalls the circus music played when 2 guys are juggling knives)

As far as the pay goes...... /embarrased :oops:

This organization doesnt just recognize talent and dedication..... it exploits it.
You'd figure for all those responsibilities I'd at least make 20+ per hr.

NOT

I swear if it wasnt for mouths to feed and a mortgage to pay.................
