Konnichiwa miina!
I went to Otakon 2005 this year, so I decided to post some of my favorite cosplay pictures I took at the convention. For those who don't know, Otakon is a convention for Anime and Manga fans; you know, the "Otaku Generation" as they call them or something like that. Anyways, it was fun and I seen many, many wonderful cosplayers (though it wasn't as much as last year >_>).
Well, here are a few of the Final Fantasy XI I caught hanging around. I won't post any of the groups, because someone already did (and they didn't turn out very well, anyways). Many Red Mages! Maybe next year I'll cosplay something... Well... Haha! (I was gonna do a Shinsengumi next year. 'Cause they so cool!)
Anywho; on with the pictures!
First guy I met on Friday morning... Well... About 10am? He told me about all the others doing FFXI cosplay. My girlfriend, Pinkubara, and I were blown away. ^^;
These three Red Mages were my favorite. ^^ They were so nice and had great costumes!
Same as above but with an added Paladin bonus!
There was another picture of her earlier, but it wasn't a very good picture. (Too blurry!) Here's a better one. She did pretty good too! But I don't think she was happy, because I pulled her to the side when she was in a hurry. I doubt you'll read this Red Mage-san! Sumimassen!!!
Hahaha! I pulled her to the side, too. After she did this, I told her to do the Taru panic... But I didn't have my camera on me! >_> Too bad, it was really cute.
Well... maybe not completely FFXI cosplay, but it was still cool. ^^
NON FFXI COSPLAY (that was really good anyway!)
These keyblades rocked. XD (Drools at the keyblades)
Here is the picture of the rest of the black keyblade. It was kinda of hard because the pink girl in the background kept getting in the picture. (Put on some pants!! >_<)
Who here is a Gundam fan? XDXD Holy crap this guy was awesome! I love Char, but I didn't want to mess up his kick ass costume by glomping him. ^^;
This Zelda from Twilight Princess was so awesome!! Too bad most of the other Links I saw weren't close enough for a picture...
This was the first group of Links I saw on Friday at 9am. They were so awesome! But the one guy kept moving his sword....
The other ones I got a picture of... >_> They wouldn't stand up, though!!
Wow... I love Shinsengumi!!! XD
I just love classic cosplay! Most people you see run around in new stuff... Well... Yeah! The original Dragonball is my favorite! (Attacks Chiotzu) Haha!
And last but not least, ONE PIECE COSPLAY!!! ^^; In the immortal words of Stan Lee, "'Nuff said."
Well, I hope you enjoy my pictures! I have more, but a lot of them didn't turn out and need some editting in Photoshop. I have so many from the Star Wars cosplay, but not much of it turned out! <cry>
