Other Uses For Ninja?

What other uses are there for ninja other then Blink Tanking and Pulling? When I started ninja I did very little research on the job except for the common fact that its gonna cost me ALOT of gil I didnt think about what my duties as a ninja were going to be and if tanking and pulling was gonna be all I did, I am looking for tips, advice, stories, compare and contrast, and all that stuff from quetzy ninjas that know what a day in the job is like, thank you.
 
Ninja are good for Tanking and pulling.

Ninja arnt good (enough) at anything else to warrent a party invite.

Blink Tanking is really fun, and can be very powerful. Learn it, use it, or pick another job ><
 
well ninjas have some ninijitsu that lower elemental resistance to an enemy, immagine this, the ninja uses its ninjitsu, while t he bard casts its threnody, both lowering resistance to ice, then a weapon skill goes off, then thats followed up by a SAnTA viper bite or something to make distortion, then the blm BURSTS with freeze, and the rdm cast blizzard 2, and with all the weakness the bard and the ninja created means ALOT of damage.

just so you know, the party i amde up with brd+rdm+whm+blm+nin+thf

I love blinktanking and everything related to ninja just seems kinda fluffed not much more to it.

Totally depends on your lvl... if your in the early lvls and you dont want to tank, sub ranger and buy shurikens and start toss'em out.. i think ninja's throwing shurikens are good til 30<?>.. oh buy shurikens at norg.. not the AH
