In many posts on hnm camping, I see packet sniffing brought up. It's always the same thing. "We know they were packet sniffing because a minute or so before he popped, the entire team converged on a single location..." My question is: what's everyone else doing while 18 people converge on a single spot? If they aren't also converging on that spot (because you already know they're packet sniffing and thus, you know that spot is accurate), why aren't they? Is everyone else standing around, still spamming voke randomly, knowing that the exact location of the pop is in a clearly designated location (designated by the nonrandom convergence of everyone else but yourself)? It doesn't make sense. I must be missing a part of the argument. If I were camping something, and I saw everyone converge in one place, you can bet I too would go there.
