Hehe... talking without experience I see. No, paintballs don't hurt if you're wearing a 1 inch thick body suit. But if you're playing in a muscle shirt and shorts, its hurts. A lot. I've been shot in the forehead twice and in the nuts (yes, I got sacked, THAT hurts!) all in one game. I also shot my friend in the neck and somehow cut him open. If you play REAL paintball, where the most you have is overalls, it hurts to get shot. Thats what gives you motivation to not get hit. If it didn't hurt everyone would walk around Terminator style, ignoring every shot, with their gun on full-auto. But wait, that doesn't happen, because it DOES hurt.

actually no. I play paintball every weekend indoor and outdoor. I also used to be a referee at boston paintball. As for getting hit in the nuts ive taken a few of those and kept on playing. Wearing a cup is ok, but when i was a ref we always laughed at people that came in severl layers of cloths or in body armor.
 
Never been hit in the neck but i have been hit in the head and that hurts. feels like somebody fast balling rocks at your head.
 
On my first game I got shot in the facemask right in my mouth :evil: Got a fat lip and paint in my mouth... the paint tastes the way that Powerbait from fishing stores smells.
 
Fish oil is one if the ingredients in making the paintball. And how do you get hit "inside" a facemask?

Today we played king of the hill. Everyone vs the guy holding the hill. Lots of fun. Lets just say we were all very very bright after. Ive just counted 24 battle wounds on me (cant count the ones on my back). Maybe since im used to playing they just dont bother me.

yeah neck-shots are a bitch, thankfully that doesn't happen too much to
me. I usually get it in the facemask or my big belly.

When it splattered after hitting my facemask (cheap flimsy plastic one borrowed from friend since I didn't have my own gear) the paint went through the slits right there. And since it was all flimsy it smacked my lip =/ Buy sturdy face masks guys :D
 
I haven't ever been shot with a paintball gun...

I have, however, been hit with a paintball that came from a wristrocket slingshot.

I don't care what anyody says, that shit hurt, and it left a Bruise on myleg for about 2 weeks. It turned black and blue and yellow and shit.

Next person that shoots me with a paintball gets to walk down the street with 3 shoes... 2 on their feet and 1 up their ass.
