Hey there, I'm trying to write a paper (well an outline really, atm) and I need to find some sources for the paper
Basically I'm writing about the security threats that can happen while gaming, how they work, how to protect against them. I know about them myself but since I can't consider myself a credible source (and I might know quite a bit but I don't necessarily know everything about them), so ya, whenever I do searches I keep getting the wrong type of things >< like I've found plenty of "download these hacks now for Counter Strike!" or various crap, but that's not exactly what I want
(specially since I don't trust em).
So anyone know a good site or good books that have information about security threats while gaming and such. I wanna get this outline done and get my paper going
(trying to not procrastinate for once XD)
Oh ya, not sure if I should make my paper broad about all threats or focus on one, I think it's prolly better to focus on one.. but not sure if I should go with scammers and then break it up on the types of scammers, the way to protect yourself from it, what to do if you do get scammed. Or say malware, the types, protect from it, fix it after that. Or maybe theft of identity via games and break it up in a similar fashion
any suggestions? Personally I'm kinda interested in focusing on the malware or scammers really but still gotta find credible sources more than my brain which I learned from friends or teachers XD
