Paradigm Shift is a linkshell that started off mainly as a LS that encompassed a large portion of FFXI Quetzacoatl members, a very friendly and helpful server of the FFXI community. The original name of this LS, if you saw the QCDN name of it, was WolvesOfMibu. The linkshell is currently run by Oran Gemeo, Orias Obderhode, and Ben Daywhole. Orias and I were successful in XI in organizing a very strong Einherjar and Salvage LS.
In that regard, this LS, is a very helpful and friendly LS with hopes to grow into a really strong one. We currently run twice a week "levelink parties," which I've found to be the absolute best way in graining SP. We're also doing our best to work to find other alternatives levelinks, and have found a couple of camps and looking to expand our knowledge of what to SP on. (Something maybe more fun that Doblyns, I know that's asking a lot!)
Our LS also did some fun stuff for Christmas, including a Secret Santa gift exchange, a holiday questtionaire, and a race to Mor Dhona! I'm always trying to think of fun ideas like this to substitute a constant grind that is currently XIV atm!
I'd like to think of our ls as more casual friendly, but hard-core will fight right in as well! We have plenty of members, but looking to expand, as that's always a good thing. Our ls philosophy is to have you "WANT to not log on, not feel like you HAVE to". Most of our members are in the 25~33 range, but we do have a couple that are 40ish.
I encourage everyone to please check out our site below:

(If anyone in unfamiliar with a guildwork site, you must first create an account with Guildwork. At that point, you are able to register under "recruitment" on phshifts homepage.)
If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact me ingame or respond on this site!
