Is there a way to retrieve your PoL password?

I just got the game for my computer and I can't remember my password at all and was wondering if I could retrieve it on my 360.

If not then I'll just have to wait until Monday since brilliant SE doesn't offer support over the weekends...

Yeah, you're pretty suck till you can call them sadly. On top of that, be prepared to give them your name, number, mothers maiden name, a duffel bag full of unmarked bills, and your first born to retrieve said password.

I dont believe there is any automated way to retrieve your password

put a keylogger on your own computer lol, its the only way you can do it yourself but obviously i wouldnt recommend that haha.

if you have the credit card information for the first credit card on the account or your registration codes you can get it reset

This is why I make my passwords rememberable. (not a slight at you, just saying)
Personally thought I think it is a *good* thing there is no way to have your password automatically retrieved/sent to you. Just imagine if that system was exploited.

Also, a keylogger would be completely useless at this point as the password is on the 360, and he needs it on the pc. (From how I took the OP anyways) Plus downloading a keylogger is a bad idea anyways.

well since his pw would be saved IF he had it or whatnot.. he wouldn't hit the keys to be able to keylog them...since he doesn't know them.... soooo keylogger would do nothing lol.

advanced key loggers from what ive heard and read about, can detect and username and password forms and detect what is input/sent through. So even if you have it saved.

You can talk to a CSR through online chat to get your password reset. You need info like full name, DOB, first and last four digits of your CC, POL registration code, etc.

Yeah I did that yesterday but they don't offer their services over the weekend or after certain hours which makes perfect sense because people don't get hacked on weekends and they only get hacked during certain times >.>.
