May I suggest a crystal ball?

[Tim Wakefield]

Call PoL and be prepared to provide the credit card info registered to the account, your registration code, a vial of blood from a virgin, and your first and third born children.

But really, call them. They'll tell you what you actually need.

[Lanien]

Name on account, billing address, first and last 4 numbers on credit card, and maybe something else, I forget.

[berndmax]

so they have no way you can reset it with out them doing it

[Dejavu]

I was going to suggest retyping it and spelling it correctly since you spelled password incorrectly in the subject, but if you completely forget the password, FFXI CC is the only way to go i believe.

[Rappa]

Nope you have to call, no other way to do it.

[Tymon]

can be done via livechat too

you need

first and last name
date of birth

address

phone number
city, state, zip
first and last 4 cc numbers
email
pol registration code

you have to have all of them, if you don't know even one of them you are never getting your password back.
