I haven't flamed in a while.. but this.. this is ridiculous. So I'm exping my lv 35 job in Garlaige, bats ya know. My PLD left so I invited a nin, who came out.. for 2 fights then left because he couldn't handle not having Utsu: Ni.. had a sata, was chaining just fine.. but no Ni no go, even though he knew it was a lv 35 pt. So... he leaves we end up with half the party dead, and here I go looking for a replacement for my replacement and what do I see. /sea all 35-50 nin inv, mostly ninjas under 40.... /seacom says? SYNC 37+ ONLY..... So my question is, when the fuck did every player become a fucking pussy? No one can handle not having ni anymore.. I mean.. ever tank as war? People are so lazy about this game now and people wonder why I'm such a dick when it comes to race and gear when it comes to joining my events... that is all.
 
Is alway best to have 2 nin in a Pre-lv.37 pt because 1 nin will be MP sponging to the main healer.. The recast time is just too long... unless you have a pler then is ok for 1 nin tanker, but othe then that, 2 is the best...

War/Nin and Nin/War will work too, War voke when tank shadow off, nin voke again once shadow is up
 
I usually just avoid NIN tanks all together for XP and Merit unless there's absolutely no PLDs seeking >_> I have had VERY FEW good experiences with NIN tanks.
 
I could kind of see their point it would be like asking a rdm to sync below 41 and that would suck without refresh

When i'm in a pt with tank that doesn't voke right away after mob is pulled to camp, i always consider them a :fapfap:er lol, i got one lame excuse once that he said he laggy badly and couldn't voke it in time

ok yes, but.. you already knew you were joining a capped party, that obviously lacked those spells and/or JAs.. and how do you think a nin and or rdm got to that lv without those in the first place? Not trying to be snappy to you, just saying they didn't have it before and did fine without, not like we sync and go to a place you dont go at said lvl. If he didn't want to join he could have easily just said nty.

Yeah, just added to frustration of needing a new tank asap and well.... tough luck for me =/ thats all.
 
If they want to party only 37+, deal with it, they don't have to do it below that because you're Olrox. And not invite Taru DDs to events such as Nyzul Isle(You know what I'm talking about.)? You should make a petition to SE to make a server called ElvaansOnly.

Yeah I have the right to deny someone doing an event with me because of their job/race combo. And agreed no one has to join me, but just do me the favor and DON'T join me.. just heated about not being able to get a single tank after the fact. For the most part idc about your job/race but you said you had rdm and I invited you for rdm. Then you said if I can fiind another rdm then do it, well mages are the hardest thing to find when shouting for a pickup group, it was easier just to fill out. It was your loss not going not mine, I don't dislike you at all for it personally, Taru isn't a real race anyways so I am confused on why you got so upset about me disliking Taru melee and calling me lolracist.

As far as I remember, I had no problem at all going RDM, If I had, I woudn't have told you I had it at 75 when you asked what jobs I could go to for the run.

On topic: Level sync was never meant to replace original parties. I think everyone got the idea wrong. If you PT too much on Sync mode, you won't be able to join a PT of your original level because of lack of skills.(That is if you can't skill it up with another job)

Its not ridiculous if a nin doesn't want to tank without Utsu: Ni. Tanking with Ichi alone without support is difficult and and a waste. Im sure those people seeking probably want a PT where they can properly and on there own.

And to the race thing, thats even more stupid. You don't even know what equip he has or merits, he could be better then some gimp elvaan melee. Would be funny if you denied a fully merited taru for a gimp elvaan.
 
Nah I know Otaru. I would've only wanted rdm. But yeah I agreed about the /sea comment, but just wish that guy didn't join my party in the first place. There were no problems with support, it was going fine.
 
Thats nothing Olrox other day I heard about a Ninja in a lv 21 level sync party with no Uts Ichi lol, how did he get that far without ever having to cast a single shadow? Easy he level sync'd or was PL.

As far as lv 37+ Ninja's not wanting to re-live those terrible low levels with no Ni, cant say I blame them really.
 
i got to 25 nin without any ninjustu.....back then lol
 
I always put a "Level Sync ok 37+" in my seacom on Ninja. Call me a pussy, but I don't want anything to do with not having :Ni and I realllly don't want anything to do with the Jungles and/or Garlaige if I don't have to.

This is probably the most true statement I've seen. If I can avoid the jungles/garlaige I will, no if's, and's, or but's about it.


As far as your race BS Olrox, go suck on a tailpipe dirt satchel. You're just jealous about Taru's because we kick ass at everything we do. I am glad you posted that though. Now I know better than to invite you, or come out to any of your events.

Did you "/sea all WAR/NIN inv" after you couldn't find a NIN? You said yourself it's basically the same thing pre 37.
 
i kinda think a person is cheating themselves out of an EXP opportunity when they put certain lvl limits on how low they will sync up, but thats just me. But i can also see where they are coming from. once you've had a taste of the post 37 nin tanking you never wanna go back.

But Olrox is right about one thing. if you join a party sync'd at a level below your desired skills don't be a selfish pussy and bail cause of it. when you know what you are getting into before you join you should be able to deal with it.
