When he coming ever to play i was over at my mothers up north or down at my dads in texas When i come back home he told me to stop playing game and i asked why never told me until i found out about Qcdn then i find ppl hatin on me in game and i didn't understand why so i pulled my weight as long as i could and come here to fix/stick up for my rightful name like anyone would have done......Never happened So i stoped playing

Anyways, from what I've heard, Penut was in the same type of situation as me. He simply chose to not give back the tunic and BoL considered it stealing. That's just what I've heard from many people.


As for gil, I was playing for quite a few years and when I sold all of my junk I had 12 mil. In order to make money in FFXI you have to have lots of close friends in high places. It's very difficult to make gil from just basic farming.

Severely doubt BOF loaned/trusted him with anything, though. In this case, it was probably something like
1. Penut somehow managed to get BOF's login
2. Penut blows a couple cozen hours guessing BOF's password

Either that or he just used one of those lame keylogger things that his buddies probably recently installed on Alla or something..

I was thinking he downloaded something penut, or penut through someone else sent him and it got his information. the auto login thingy wont trip a keylogger but BOF said hes in the habit of changing his password, so after he did that the keylogger could get it.

Ironic that trying to be more security conscious caused it

and you can input a stolen pasword into any system.

nope you need to have the right region game (for ps2 and 360) or the right region window instaled on pc if not it kicks you out

True .. Your POL Id and password is the same across all platforms. The only difference is having the correct software for the platform. I have FFXI installed on computer and play on PS2. PS2 game disc for PS2 .. Software for PC .. seperate istallations but use same information to log on iether machine.
