Maybe I'm just a complete idiot, but wtf are you talking about?
I know what he is talking about, i was in that party with him. Our party was looking for stuff to fight in eastern alpha after finding we were lacking some damage for spiders in western. Beetles and spiders there only EM or T to me and the brd. So we try a few of the.. (big horse like things). After a fight or two, decidence starts complaining in party chat about having a rdm and brd in party is like only having 5 people and we lack dmg. (PT setup was PLD, WAR, RDM, BRD, BLM WHM all 32-34). Was also complaining about the level gap. Thats when out party leader told him "If you don't like it you can leave, we will find a replacement for you". Well decidence disbands, but before he goes he gives a... i guess you could say calling card?? "BastokanHighElite!!!" then disbands. Well we find a blm replacement and head to spiders in western and get 200+ exp on chaining spiders.

The thing I found funny was that we got 1000 exp in 45 mins, were getting 60-80 exp a kill when we decided to chain things that were not giving us downtime or kill something that would take 5 mins for 200 exp and another 3 mins for downtime... so what about my complaint was unfounded? I suggested we should get damage instead of having two high level support in the same PT... when I left you got damage thus making you guys do better, great, that was my suggestion in the first place!
well, as the leader of that PT ~.~;; i didnt mean to make ya upset Deci, but if you come into my PT, and complain so bad about how it is, and we die repeatedly fighting spiders and move to the beetles so we dont die =\ just cuz its not a perfect party, if u dont like it, no one is forcing you to stay ~.~ ive left alot of crappy partys before cuz they were horrible, =\ but we really werent doing all that bad ~.~ i got 7k xp before you got there, and another 9k after you left =\ >.> evil spiders just keeled me repeatedly lol... but no worries ~.~ i just dont understand why you got so upset? =\ i thought it was a rather decent party... i didnt ask you to leave, i said "if you dont like it, leave" ~.~ so you did...
i was compromising =\ we cant kill spiders, so we chain up beetles, n' the PT wasnt the perfect combination, but it was a compromise with what was seeking, your the one who didnt seem to like it =\ and i cant blame you, it wasn't the best XP in the world >.<
P.S. Zim, his "BastokanHighElite" comment was an insult to me, cuz thats the LS im in, not his calling card or whatever

you cant always expect to get the BEST party all the time, unless you got a full static, because its more than likely you know how to work with ea. other real well, depending on how long you've been together. Just saying you you shouldnt have too high expectations for everyone.

I was teh bard in that party during all this.. yeah we had to move cause the spiders were to strong.. but really she say "if you don't like it leave" and you left so what is the point of being mad? as a whm its easy to fight groups and you can't really change a group that you were invited into if ya get what i mean...
I just didn't feel that telling me to leave after making a couple comments about the PT setup not working was justified thats all. And I left because 1. I knew you guys would do better without me (like I said too many support not enough damage) and 2. I didn't wanna argue since 3-4 of you were in the same LS and their is no point in trying to win that battle ;-;

No it's not your definition at all, its like saying "My way or the highway" with different words, and grown men and women don't take too kindly to being given involuntary orders.
And what part of compromising would me being there and just settling on the party we had?
This isn't such a big deal, I compromised and left so you guys could find someone more suited for your PT setup, and my topic is a generalization of the people that have the type of attitude like Ive described above. There was not even an attempt to talk it out, I was just told straight out to leave if I didn't like it...
Thats the only thing that made me make this post is to tell people that have this type of attitude to make some effort and communicate with people that may not be in your linkshell or your friend list, because I guarantee if someone from your LS in that PT brought it up that the PT setup wasn't working that well then you woulda at least heard em out and laid down some suggestions, thats all I ask for.
I havent made one personal attack in this thread or in that PT, I just hope in the future that instead of just being brutal to people with opinions that you can maybe hear them out thats all.
I realize my timing wasn't the greatest (after a couple deaths from spiders and a dhalmel) and I'm sorry I may have further aggrivated some of you will be comments and suggestions, but this thread was meant as a generalization not a direct attack, that PT was just a spark of inspiration ^^
