Anyway, Zeo. Stop wasting your time by shouting for members. Its a horrid waste of time. Not only will it take a long time to gather people (you only need 3 for pretty much everyone Assault with a good point return, except for the last rank), most people you gather usually SUCKS, and will cause the assault to take longer then expected, or you will end up failing. Additionally, a great majority of people are still rank 1. True, you only need to win 14 more to rank up, but that's still at least 2 weeks.

Although I assume you don't feel like continuing with Assault once you've got SL rank, so I suppose in your case it doesn't matter.

I'm a lazy sod, and i do it for points and to sell crap. Don't usually have to spend much time gathering people for this (apart from now) I have 4 tags right now and anticipate getting this done in next ten days. The only time I've failed is when not leader. I spam an easy assault. True that quality of people is variable but I've got pretty close to exactly what i want doing it this way.
 
wait a second. you have that high a rank yet you're constantly shouting for psc assaults?
no wonder you dont have the rank to use your perdu stuff. psc assaults are the last resort for when you know you wont use the tag anyway.

Depending your goals. If your goals are assault points, yes its a waste. If you have a static focused on obtaining items for people, then no, its not a waste.
 
I did assault with 3 people then upped it to 4 (for the Divisor Ring assault). We had a static though, I didn't like Assault enough to shout.
 
You all should totally do more assaults so this guy gets what he wants.

Forget about that mutually beneficial thing; the important thing is this guy gets what he wants.

Why are you even shouting for members for anyway? There's an event scheduling board here for a reason.

Thats only if your sole goal is Assault points. If you plan to get captain, 6 people ensure wins much easier.
 
This is directed to me, btw.

I saw his shout, asked him how many he had, and he said none. I didn't decide to not join him because of the lack of people, because I wasn't really that interested in the first place, as I just need the points for yigit feet for BLM which a rarely play. If there was 1 or 2 more people I would have joined. But, seriously, there's other things to do w/ my time than an assault run I don't need that much.

I'm sorry my freedom decided to piss in your coolaid.

Promises to join in an event soon are like pledges made to a telethon, lots of pledges made but few actually payed out at the time needed.

My post wasn't solely aimed at you. You were the most recent person who did this though. In no way was i rude to you in /tell and that is why I didn't mention you in the OP.

For the record.
I did this later . Spent 5 mins shouting at most. Got a decent set up and did all the runs, all wins. Very rarely do i have to shout longer than 10 mins for this.
