you have better leaders who don't make your linkshell a laughing stock every time they make a post and aren't so full of themselves as to be talking down to everyone they talk TO... in fact, Can anyone point out a good side to having peregrine lead your linkshell?
Err none of then some DID need to be spoken to who cause drama & they were, however for the rest of leadership they were super.

lol...this makes me want to take it all right back!
You were a bad decision, Isotope. Should have never gave you a second chance. And third. Fourth. Fifth. Sixth. Seventh.
Take all what back? You didn't say nothing kind at all since I started, only acknowledged my being there. Plus what's this third, fourth, fifth, etc. bs? I asked questions to make myself better, you would always reply to them in a rude obnoxious manner, what were you gonna kick someone for asking questions to better themself during runs?

Just a clarification. I live in NY. Peregrine is in Kentucky.
Isotope. Theres several people who sent me tells after seeing what I posted on that forum in support. Non-leads. People who are even reading this thread who are still saying that what I did was fine.
You.
Do.
Not.
Listen.
Bottom line.
If anything is learned from this, do not invite Isotope to you're linkshells. Bad decision.
That's why they were locked. I've never locked anyone elses posts. Honest to god. We tell you something. You babble more about your own initiatives. We tell you no, you keep babbling. It has to end at a point. Sorry.
Ask anyone who knows me personally. Outbursts like that from me are few and far between. You really have to do something serious to irk me.
Sooo let me see now, 1 incident, which I've already described at the beginning of this thread & bam I get slapped with "you do not listen" lol. Glad I didn't take the time to talk to you in-game last night.

Let's see...ever since we graduated Isotope from Dynamis tanking 101 I've told him and the paladins, almost every week, sometimes twice a week, that they are to discuss among themselves what the tank order will be before the run. I do not presume to tell paladins who needs the week off, who feels like 3.5 hours of tanking that night, who is raring to go, etc.
I've filtered out the source of the bs right here.

Yet this apparently didn't get through, as every week Isotope would pester leads spamming "wuts teh assist order????"
Funny, I don't remember asking until my last run, other then that on previous runs I just waited for Cherron to call out the assist order.

Now I don't really understand some of the finer mechanics of dynamis, but I don't see whats wrong with Pere acknowledging that the PLDs would have a better idea of how to do their jobs than him. Sure, he is a leader, but I would imagine, from what was said, that there needs to be some sort of PLD team leader to handle things. Thats kinda what it sounded like he wanted from them, and I don't see a huge problem with that. At the very least, he's consistant.
Boorish, crude, and unimaginative.... sure, but he made his request clearly and often from what it looks like.
Well I played EQ for 2 years & did more high-end stuff then I've gotten to in this game yet, but during my time in THAT game, I was in one of the top ls on the server & yes we did have an officer for each class/job. We could have probably used this here, but Peregrine didn't ask someone to take that position, all here did was pin point me as a target cause on the last run I asked for an assist order because we were headed in w/o establishing one.

Seriously, I'm sorry QCDN and its sympathizers are incapable of the simple task of forming a select order. If that screams leadership quality to you all, you need to seriously start thinking about how many bars you're failing in this world. Paladins choosing the paladin order? Makes no sense whatsoever, I know. God pere, lead why don't you...
Members automatically form blm teams, fight alliances. They developed stun orders. Chainspell orders. Astral orders. Spirit surge orders. All without command, all automatically. Red mages sleep automatically. Blms let MP to camp automatically. Barfire is automatic.
I expect the paladin order to be automatic. If that's too much for you I don't feel comfortable with putting you in front of my team. If you can't say, "Hey, I'll take first today," or "I need a break this week can I take second?" Then you're not a competent tank.
I gave you a simple task. You failed that simple task and you will just not. Shut. Your mouth. I'll tell you right now that you will NEVER beat me at mouth no matter how hard you try, Isotope.
Bottom line: You don't make the cut. Bye. Maybe another team will take a paladin who doesn't know dynamis has a cooldown time, and who can't even make a competent select order without whining to leadership to help them out.
This was weeks in the making. I don't treat my players like shit. I tread incompetent fools like the shit they are. This one would have never been accepted into Invictus had I done a routine background on him. I took him in because an old friend vouched for him for some reason.
PLD officer/group leader {can I have it?}, you coulda just asked & not exploded at the last second. As far as beating you at a war of mouths, I agree I can't beat you there. That friend is also & old friend of mine who isn't attending Dynamis due to real life causes & has known me ever since my 1st linkshell. There are no doubts she knew me well, however she actually was the one who suggested I join Invictus, w/o her I wouldn't have wasted my time with you Pere.

Isotope, I don't know why you had to resort to this man, it saddens me that you couldn't just deal with it in a more peaceful manner.
For those that know me I will always love and respect you, including you Isotope. I still dont' know why you had to fall to this level, to flame someone.
Nekoi 4tw! I didn't know you left permanently ; ;
I did try to settle it peaceful, you can consider a calm discussion on my end directly with leadership peaceful can't you? Pere & Zylia however raised their voices w/o being necessary.
