I thought you said you had left this to rest? Oh wait, you can't do that. You have never been able to do that. As long as someone replies, you must have the last word. Have you not seen people have been exploiting this fault of yours for uncountable pages now?
 
Damn that was a lot of reading. I wanted reply but I'll just let the isotope thing die.

I do want to make a comment on the LS though.

I'll just say Invictus has been around a pretty long time now and lots of members have come and gone - and this is the first flame that I know of.

Our runs can be really big and Pere leaves a lot of of the stuff to us. He has a policy of step up or step out. Personally I like that policy and it helps to retain the stronger players and remove the weak. I have never seen anyone berated on the LS for making a mistake especially in a situation where they were forced to make a call that they normally don't. It has always been encouraged and pushed that we should do things for ourselves.

I joined Invictus fully aware of Pere's reputation from these boards - and was very impressed by the way the shell was run. He has been a fair and effective leader along with rest. (He does tend to still run his mouth off - but hey you don't have to always be nice to be effective) I'm pretty sure Sun Tsui was a complete asshole - but I'm pretty sure I'd never want to go against any troops he was commanding as well.)

It is really impressive to see how much real teamwork there is in the shell and I'm proud to be a member of it. A large part of the team mentality that we have built is the result of how the Pere has led the shell.

Our core members are not simply sheap following commands but actively lead ourselves and react effectively to changing circumstances. It is because of this that we have excelled inside of Dynamis. I don't think anyone that has ever seen us perform would say we are not an effective unit.

I changed my mind on commenting on isotope. The one thing I will say on her is that I wish she would have left with more style and class as attacking one member of the shell on the flame board hurts the whole shell that worked so hard to help her accomplish her goals while she was with us.

I did leave it to rest, but as you notice, even after Sneakypants tried to just end the topic, who was is that continued to post, Pere.... Only reason I'm posting now is because you felt you had to post, knowing it would draw me back to this thread & I'd post.

If your trying to same he is bigheaded and thinks strongly of him self then yeah he is Omnipotent!!!
