Personal threats from an old friend of girlfriend, advice?

So, me and my girlfriend have been having problems, and this guy shes known noticed on myspace it said single instead of in relationship.

Well he texts her saying how he can show her how he can treat her like a man and blah blah (weve all heard it before).

That night, I text him "She dont want you, stop trying so hard" (prologue: He tried desprately to hook up with her, to no avail.

Today he texted her "I was j/k I have a girl", then texts me "Oh an bobby since i just put ur pet in her place im just guna tell u if u ever text me with tht bullshit again oh boy! Ur gf knws me all 2 well on wht i will do"

Apperently he started talkin shit to her before he sent this, thus the "put her in ther place"

So, I replied (frustrated and angrily); "Talk is cheap fat ass your just juealous she don;t like your obese ugly ass"

Hence; "Lol wrong answer my boys will b visiting u very soon lol"

Replied; "Lol your like oh i was jk i got a girl i dont mean it/ If you didnt mean it why you getting so butt hurt over her saying no then huh? Answer that shit. Stop tryin to be som badass and man the fuck up and take it like you should"

He replies; "Ok homeboy did she ever tell u she was tag teamed by me and my buddy lol suprise! Oh an by the way ur a young skinny bitch u got nothin on me oh an ur fat ass"

So... I say; "Can you get past the high school shit talking and talk like an adult for once? I feel like im talkin to a freshman in higschool man come on"

He says; "Wow isnt that what u r man a freshman in highschool? Hmm dnt go shit to say now do u? dude when ur ready 2 stand with the big boys wipe ur nose and tie ur shoes" (<< lolwat?)

Me; "Just wow" (Was going to attack his intellect but i decided against further provokation)

finally; "Yeah well this has been fun but u bore me so have fun eain bacon an have sweet dreams of ur gf getin fuckd by me an my buddy twice lol nite"

So, He talks big with the tipical "My dad can beat up your dad" kind of stuff, then makes things up trying to get me goin so i say something stupid.

What would you do in this instance? Apperently he threatened her too. Knowing him, he JUST might be dumb enough to come down and try to do something, stalk, attack, what have you.

advice?
 
Also, im 19, this guy actually got me to meet her, and he thinks hes a player.

Every fight ive heard of involving him in one form or another consisted of the witnesses explaining how he let everyone else do the dirty work.

I guess this is some bent up jealous being pushed too far by further rejection 18 months after his last attempt.

I'm not one for advice in this situation. When I was 19, I would have about 6 guys find him with me and we'd beat the shit out of him.

Or just tell him where to come get you, and invite the cops too.
 
Texting threats is about at dumb as possible, since it's a nice long-term electronic record that can be subpoena'd pretty easily.
 
I tip my hat to you in that you were able to refrain from the "your mama" joke. In all honesty; just ignore the jerk and work things out with your girl. He's not worth the trouble. By the way you describe him, he'll eventually be found lying in a pool of vomit after being spit out by they gay porn industry in some shady motel.
 
For starters, don't let him anywhere near her again.

Any advice I can think of after that probably isn't good advice. By this point I'd be looking for a fight.
 
Pretty much what I had thought of.

Lets exmine my choices..

Fighting: Possible straight KO no damage to me, damage to me, multiple people attacking me... Ill avoid that.

Ignore: Could work, but theres always the chance that he just shows up one day at my work with his buddies.

Get him to meet me somewhere with the cops: I like that, but i need to talk to them first to make sure the evidence I have is enough. Also, when he gets out of jail he wont be happy then either.

You have health insurance to fix you up? Here's what you do:

Let him find you, it seems the best route. Either nothing happens or the inevitable happens. If he's with his boys, call him out for hiding behind them. Belittle him so that he needs to step up. You'll either get to whoop his ass without getting beat down, or you'll take your whippin' either way. At least you might be able to kick his ass. If you get beat down, between the text messages and photographic proof of attack you should be able to get him and his boys put away for a while as well as a restraining order. Either way, go down fighting like a man if they approach you. No reason to look like a bitch in front of anyone, but if you can get a few good hits on someone after they throw the first punch, then at least you can go down knowing you fought back.

Yeah I get what your saying. Im not going to provoke him any further (Even if you do the first punch = assault, second = defense, provoked or not), but if he happens to come 100 miles to find me and somehow does find me, ill do that. The kids overweight, out of shape, and slow. Im quick and athletic, worst case I get in a few good punches and gtfo. If he has his friends with him, ill get mine. If he meets 1v1, then goddamnit im goin in ready.

But until he shoes up at my door (of which he knows not where it is), or the ex's door, im just gonna take it with a grain of salt, kind of like pchans posts.
 
Anybody who "My boys will be showing up.." is an embarassment to mankind and should be banned from having children.

I had this problem, ex. This EXACT same problem with my current gf. One of her ex's tried desperately to get back with her and since she's with me she said no and I stepped in cuz he kept calling her and txting her.

"Dude, you had your chance. Several times. You fucked up. Accept it and leave her alone."

"Bicth, fuck you. You think she wants some skinny ass white boy? She wants a man."

"Your...white...too? And yes, I do think she wants me. Its kinda apparent when she says 'I want you' and not 'I want some dumbfuck failure'. And its "bitch"..."

"She want me, she just doesn't want to admit it. I fucked that bicth good. Shell come back to me and leave yor sorry ass."

"Ok, you know what, fuck you you shit-spewing, cum-guzzling, cock-sucking, wigger piece of shit. Don't ever talk about her like that again."

Best advice? You have the girl and he doesn't. Take his threats with a grain of salt and ignore him. Worst case scenario he shows up at your work, like you said. Just beat his ass if he's stupid enough to try it.
 
He has no reason to. Nothing to prove. I mean if he wanted to he wouldn't have any problem winning a 1v1 fight, but for what?

Seriously though, if he keeps this shit up I'd just pound his ass.

wow i had this problem wit my ex gf not to long ago. her ex started texting her one night saying he come and get her and have her back before i woke up. well i decided not to talk any shit i just showed up on this boys front door and when he walked out the look on his face was pretty damn funny he ended up getting his ass kicked that night but i can gaurantee he won't pull that shit again.
