It's ridiculous S-E, it's understandable that its not your job to monitor how people use their comps, but a loophole in your policy that allows RMT who who hack legit player's accounts to keep the account at no cost is not very smart.
This is going to end up worse then any other RMT activity. How are you going to trace them? What do they care? These are other player's accounts, half the time they don't even need to use it, just sell the stuff ors end it to another character. BAM, RMT without the danger of getting banned from bot fishing or mass farming or NM monoloply.
Great job stabilizing the economy, but it's going to get 10 times worse if this starts picking up with the rmt circles..
