I was doing some quicky research on PSU.
It looks pretty interesting.
Based on what I read, I think its gonna run like PSO but much better.
You'll even have your own room like FFXI, and you can customize it.
On top of that people can visit your room, and sell stuff from within while you are not on the network.
Apparently there are three game modes.
Story mode, which is good for players wanting to take a break from the MMO atmosphere filled with an in-depth story line.
Network mode, which plays just like FFXI. You create your own character, level up, do quests, go on missions, etc. Basically everything an MMORPG has but with a futuristic twist.
Extra mode, apparently this mode is unlocks with different things to do as you progress between offline and online modes. You can use your online character, and even be involved in missions/quests that use the main characters of the offline game.
Looking at this game, I think I may give it a shot.
It looks impressive, and may out-due its predecessor PSO.
Sega looks like they are gonna go BIG with this since its gonna debut for PS2, X-Box 360, and PC.
Who knows... it may be another rival for FFXI, WoW, and EQ.
Here is the link to the main website for those curious and/or interested.
