Now as I recall, piracy is explicitly forbidden in the QCDN rules... and there's only one thing that anyone uses Photoshop pay-by-phone for, and that's the lack of security so you can pirate it with a keygen.

It's an installation option for photoshop, not a separate download. PIRATE MOAR
