Photoshop

ok so just of lately my photoshop has been acting weird.

everything i do comes up only as black and white

this is really annoying coz im trying to make my friend a sig but i cant while its all black and white

The starting image settings aren't black and white I hope...I've done that a couple times. Other then that, I would have no idea. Sorry. Good luck though.
