Questions that popped into my head, could use the response of a helpful answer type (late, sleepy):

1: Concerning RDM AF3 quest, do you need to be on RDM to pop Miser Murphy? Or can you be on any job?
2: Could you do an uncapped Assault run with a job at 50? Or is there a certain minimum per cap?
 
1. No you don't have to be rdm to pop Miser Murphy.
Its a quest so as long as you flag it, you can go as any job.

2. I wouldnt recommend going to an uncapped one if you're significantly lower. You probably could, but the mobs difficulty would be compromising your performance unless you're on the healing side or the assault requires no fighting at all.
 
An uncapped assault the enemy mobs are not kidding around they will challenge a team of lv 75 players quite well, a lv 50 that entered that mess would be hard-pressed to have much if any impact. Kinda like a lower lv going into beseiged and hoping to hit something.

That hat fight is fun tooo, I just helped somebody do it the other day, thats another fight you may want some serious back-up on though. :)

go solo misser as brd/rdm

gravity > DOT > zone > repeat lol
honestly with dia 2 and requiem it shouldn't take that long if your desprit enough and unable to find help
 
Quite a few assults require no kiling. As long its one where you don't kill anything, a level 50 is just fine.

Not if you're guiding the NPC in Seagull Grounded. And hell, I could toss a haste or two if I get near the crab parts. I don't plan on doing it in fighting missions, but on these cases where I do absolutely nothing, I could use the spare XP on my RDM.

Assault caps at the highest level in your party if you choose uncapped, iirc.
 
PSC Lebros Caverns works with a lower level blm or rdm. We used to run it with a 50 something blm and he did the solo wall then ran back and opened the ruin. Now we do the same thing only I solo it as RDM/BLM in less time... Refresh + Convert helps me a lot tho
