However, my point is not some crack pot time traveling (if you understood physics Einstein said you can only propel yourself 50 years into the "future" by traveling in a loop so much faster than the speed of light, and can not go back in time). Now here's the crazy part. I said you wouldn't kick the people that YOU KNOW are botting. Just because you took out the part that says botting doesn't mean that as soon as they're masked and prove themselves you saying, "oh hey do you mind risking your account and all that you have earned in game to help us claim better?".

Yes you can say you stopped to save face, and look like you cleaned up your act. However, as I said you wont purge them from the shell, and they probably didn't stop botting. Also you can say you aren't botting anymore (once again good PR so kudos to you). Hell anyone can say it, but there's always that one person that will be, guess what, botting. Also once again behind closed doors and once an applicant has proven themselves that is say a Ranger, Dark Knight, White Mage, Warrior, Black Mage, Red Mage and possibly Scholar (I stopped XI before the new jobs came out so idk of Sch has native stun). You're probably thinking White Mage and Red Mage why? Simple answer Watson! Dia! To be downloading bots.

First of all slow down and take your time with your post so you have some grammatical structure.

Second (points down) I've been officially retired since August of 2007 sounds about right. I really don't feel like grabbing my brothers discs, installing and remembering his passwords to watch people camp. That sounds rather boring to me.

Third I'm not assuming anything. I, unlike you, make valid points off of evidence I am given. Just because you see a pop before a person that bots, I thought bots did auto-targeting spam as the timer ticks, does not mean that people in your shell are not using bots.

Fourth I never accused yourself of botting. I said you can save face by saying you, as in your shell, don't bot that does not make it true. You're confessing to something that is not there. So you're feeling guilty about something; care to confess? Sometimes taking that weight off your chest can free yourself (figuratively of course).

Last FFXI puts a cap on what people can see in a given area to reduce lag. So if a botter is surrounded by a bunch of people they are less likely to see a mob first because of the person's game client having to render out people then render the monster. So you seeing the mob before a botter is sort of irrelevant.

I don't know that english is not her/his first language. It wasn't a dig at her/him really. More or less telling them to calm down. The grammar was meh, but the comma splices are atrocious.

They really wish to not bot then kick out the people that signed up that say they bot or are willing to bot. Really you have an archived list on your old forums (once again for all I know the botting comment was removed on the 22nd so possibly a list on your new forums too). Oh wait that means you'll have less people available to camp (I am not denying the possibilities of people being decent and ditching the bots either as it is just that a possibility a slim possibility that people dropped the bots).

It's one thing if people in your shell are botting and you don't know it, but when on the application you specifically ask if people play on computers then ask if they have bot or are willing to bot. Then on here say "oh we ask that because we like to use vent". That is poorly veiled bull shit regardless if it was removed months, weeks, or days ago. There is also the possibility that leadership are asking dedicated members to still bot (may I use a meme from another forum, private channels for the win {this case it's for the loss cheating is bad}). Yes vent is a great service for anyone if it's WoW, WAR, FFXI or even lolRunescape. Please, just fess up you wont be prosecuted that hard if you're just honest.

I've been out of the loop for the past month or so, but in regards to the arguement about when that botting stuff was removed from their app:

Ive told everyone to stop use, took it off app and removing sections from forum, ive done what i can, chose to believe or not i dont care because i know the truth~ peace out.

That was as of October 7th in that old HundredMillion thread. I remember confirming it at the time as well.

What exactly was the point of this thread anyway? Was someone ripping on PPs skill, that they bot, or that they trash talk? They admitted the bot thing, claimed to have reformed, and thats all months old news. We don't need another 88 pages of "no u" to remember that. As for trash talking, find a shell that doesnt. And as for their skill, if it's true that this was their first Ixion, then good for them for getting the kill at all even if it did take a little longer. Shells that have been together a lot longer than PP have wiped on their first attempt.

And also, I troll this board plenty, and there's this common theme of ripping on grammer and spelling mistakes. Jesus H Christ that annoys me. Anyone who has posted complaining that a post isn't legit because it was "too hard" for you to get through due to some misplaced (or missing) commas, or perhaps the use of "your" instead of a "you're", seriously, give me a break. If you honestly can't read a couple of sentences with a few misspellings, I'd go so far as to say you're the retard, not the lazy guy who can't hit shift at the beginning of this sentence.

I got in this Ls through a RL friend of mine, I don't even remember looking at an application. I am not aware or have ever been aware of any botters in this shell. I play on Ps2 and have been since I started this game.

I have pictures that say your shell asked and supported botters. You have that evidence now too. So your leaderships word is flimsy at best.

No offense meant to you but if they are letting people in with out going through proper channels then they do not even know who they would have botting and who is not. Forums and applications are there for a reason they should have used them to keep track of what was going on.
